Congrats to Destiny Denue, 1st place in Federal Junior Duck Stamp Contest

CONGRATULATIONS to James Island Charter High School- National Art Honors Society- secretary Destiny Denue who has taken 1st place in the Federal Junior Duck Stamp Contest for the state of South Carolina in Division IV.

Her beautiful work will be on display during the month of February and during SEWE 2018 weekend (Feb 16-18) at the Charleston County Public Library on Calhoun Street. No ticket required! go see it!

Destiny and her family will enjoy free tickets to see the amazing wildlife and nature art in the Fine Art Gallery at Charleston Place as well as all other South Eastern Wildlife Exposition venues. She will also receive a monetary reward, art supplies, certificates from South Eastern Wildlife Expo, as well as recognition for her involvement in a national, regional and state contest.

Destiny will attend the JDS Artist Workshop being held Tuesday, February 20 and work with professional wildlife artists!
