Pet Helpers Paw Talk: You Can’t Have a Rainbow Without a Little Rain!

Rain, a very special boy cat.
Rain, a very special boy.

Our Adoptable Pet of the Week is Rain, who has spent most of his life in different shelters. He was attacked by a dog as a kitten and had to have reconstructive surgery leaving him with a unique appearance. One feature that wasn’t effected is his heart shaped nose and that speaks volumes about this gentle soul.

Despite his trauma, he is all about giving love. He loves to curl up by his human friends and talk through purrs. His big green eyes are anxiously hoping to spot his forever family at Pet Helpers. Come visit Rain today and you will feel as though you found your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!

Help! We need cat and dog food donations!
HELP!

We are in need of dry dog and cat food! If you have a little extra to spare this week please considering donating to our food bank. All donations can be brought to 1447 Folly Road.

Thank you! Our animals appreciate it!

We still are hopeful to find more foster families

Kitten and Puppy Season is around the corner and we are going to need some extra hands! As a forever shelter, we have limited space, because all of our animals stay with us until they are adopted.

We believe that the animals entering our shelter deserve to have the best possible chance at finding a loving, permanent home. For this reason, a foster parent has one of the most important jobs at Pet Helpers. Foster parents allow our cats and dogs to receive the proper care and attention they deserve as they wait for adoption.
