Hey there. I hope you are having a great week. Here is our Paw Talk!
Pet of the Week: Cecil!
Cecil is a great and social dog. He would do best in a home with a person or people experienced with training because Cecil can be stubborn at times, especially with other dogs.
He plays well with other dogs, although sometimes he gets so excited that he can get a little rough and vocal. He is a high energy and playful dog that needs an adopter who can accommodate this.
Hoarding and frisky behavior causing concern
Help! There have been reports of hoarding and frisky behavior in Pet Helpers Cat Land.
Once word got out that we were running EXTREMELY low on Friskies Wet Cat Food® cans started to go missing and were spotted in multiple hiding places. A few of our most affectionate cats like Delilah have started to protect their favorite treat.
Many of our cats have been through rough times and understand what it is like to go days without food. Once they got a taste of the “good life” they needed to be prepared.
Little do they know, Pet Helpers has created a Wishlist of all of our animals favorite things, along with items that help keep our shelter running. If you have a little extra spending money this week, please consider donating to our animals.
Friskies Wet Cat Food® is obviously top of the list!
We love the Farmer’s Markets!
We are super excited to be joining a number of Farmers Markets this Spring and Summer! Including James Island’s Nano Market conveniently across the street from Pet Helpers! Be sure to check out our website for locations and dates!
